Jewel Aleshire is Program Director at WellMind, where she oversees day-to-day operations and helps keep the program welcoming, organized, and supportive for clients and staff. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas, and she is a registered yoga instructor who leads morning yoga classes for clients.
